Terms and Conditions for complimentary Arik Air travel outlined below

Prize Letter Ticket-Terms and Conditions:
  • Tickets are round-trip from JFK International Airport Only.
  • Any expense needed to get to/from JFK International Airport for flight will be the Prize Winner's responsibility.
  • Tickets will only be issued to the named prize winner as submitted to Arik Air by the Pan-African Grassroots Assembly Representative.
  • All taxes, fees and related charges will be the prize winner's responsibility.
  • All applicable taxes, fees and related charges must be paid at the time of booking to enable issuance of the tickets.
  • No refunds will be made once ticket is issued.
  • The prize letter has no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or sold.
  • All seats are subject to availability of space and commercial demand. There may be times during the year when travel is not available (Easter, Summer, Christmas etc).
  • All travel is limited to Arik Air only.
  • Prize Winner and guest must fly together on the same flights in both directions.
  • All travel must be completed one year from the date on the prize letter.
  • Changes to reservations once issued are permitted with change fee.
  • Failure to show for flight will result in No-show fee penalty.
  • Ticket is valid for a maximum stay of 90 days.
  • Seat assignments can only be done at check-in.
  • Prize Winner tickets are not eligible for upgrades.
  • Arik Air will send an e-ticket to the Prize Winner once the booking has been confirmed and all payments have been made.
  • All passports and visas are the sole responsibility of the travelers.
  • As soon as travel details are finalized Prize Winner must sent the following documents to:
